Tolls are available for this trip at $45 (Sydney travel).

 

This applies only to your journey into or out of Sydney and can help reduce travel time and improve reliability.

 

Tolls can be added to your booking if preferred.

Priority Pick Up Sydney International - $25    

(Driver meets you inside airport terminal and helps with directions for airport services and helps with your luggage)

Priority Pick Up Sydney Domestic - $25          

(Driver meets you inside airport terminal/or Limo pick up point and helps with directions for airport services and helps with your luggage)

Priority Pick Up Newcastle Airport - $25       

(Driver meets you inside airport terminal and helps with directions for airport services and helps with your luggage)

Public Holidays will attract a higher rate (Easter Holidays, Christmas Holidays, New Year's Eve). There are a small number of transfers available for these times. Please enquire for Availability!

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Airport and Cruise Ship Transport:
1. A $67 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled transfer.
3. A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled transport.
4. If you cancel your transport during the week leading up to the scheduled date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Wine Tour:
1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled Wine Tour.
3. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued if you cancel two weeks before the tour and have paid in full.
4. Cancellations made during the week leading up to the tour are not eligible for a refund.

5. A government-mandated point-to-point fee will be applied to each transport date.

Please be aware that these policies are essential for the efficient operation of our small business. If you are unsure about the feasibility of your travel or tour, please familiarise yourself with these terms before making a reservation.
