Airport Transfers
I offer exclusive group passenger transfers between Newcastle and Sydney, catering to all areas including Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and the Central Coast. My 11-seater minibus can comfortably accommodate up to 11 passengers, complete with a luggage trailer for your convenience. Additionally, I provide two child seats upon request. My transfer services cover both Sydney domestic and international airports, as well as Newcastle Airport. For an extra fee of $25, you can opt for a priority pick-up service, where our driver will meet you inside the airport terminal.
If you choose to utilize all tunnels and tollways to or from Sydney, there is an additional cost of $39.
Pricing:
- 1-2 Passengers: $285 one way (Minimum Tollway Use)
- 3-4 Passengers: $385 one way (Minimum Tollway Use)
- 5-7 Passengers: $455 One Way (Minimum Tollway Use)
- 8-11 Passengers: $555 One Way (Minimum Tollway Use)
This service is entirely private, exclusively for your group, and offers door-to-door convenience.

How much does it cost?
Prices vary dependent on location, and the number of individuals on your bus and a bond will also be required prior to the tour.
