It’s time to book your lovedale long lunch transport for 16th & 17th May 2020. Cost is $100 per person (Transfers only). I am looking to book in a full group of 24 people but it not I will split the transport into 2 groups. A deposit will be required to book and full payment at the start of the day. Eftpos/visa/MasterCard or cash payments will be accepted. (Surcharges apply to Eftpos of 30c and Visa/MasterCard 1.65%)

The Lovedale Long Lunch is a progressive style lunch where food and wine lovers are invited to discover the wonders of Lovedale. Each May, a decadent line up of the Hunter Valley’s leading chefs team up with seven of Lovedale’s finest wineries and local entertainment for a weekend of foodie fun.

Because lovedale is a massive weekend I have blocked out the online booking facilities, so you will need to email/phone/text me to make a booking.

Public Holidays will attrack a higher rate (Easter Holidays - Christmas Holidays - New Years eve) There are a small number of transfers available for these times. Please enquire for Availability!

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Airport and Cruise Ship Transport:
1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled transfer.
3. A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled transport.
4. If you cancel your transport during the week leading up to the scheduled date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Wine Tour:
1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled Wine Tour.
3. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued if you cancel two weeks before the tour and have paid in full.
4. Cancellations made during the week leading up to the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that these policies are essential for the efficient operation of our small business. If there is uncertainty about the feasibility of your travel or tour, kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
